GENERAL TERMS IDEALCARD SÀRL

Order

We accept orders from customers residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Buyers of any other destination should contact us by email or by phone beforehand (English / French / Spanish).

Modification of order
Any changes are allowed within 7 days of date of the first order confirmation. It must mandatorily be a written agreement duly signed or a message - the date and the confirmation of an email are valid act of justice.
If the goods have already been delivered, refer to point "VII. Terms of return. "
All costs incurred by your modifications (administrative costs, and work processes executed between the 1st order confirmation and the modification request, etc.) are billed extra directly on the invoice for your final order.

Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer confirms his order on our shop online, by phone by fax, email or in writing.
If order from our shoponline, the receipt of the order is confirmed to the customer from our website by an automatic response sent to their email address. This mailing only communicates the receipt of the order, the contract is valid if everything is in proper form for Idéalcard sàrl and fast shipment.
Indeed, Idéalcard sàrl reserves a final say on all orders received to check whether the products are well in stock, the price is correct, the cost of delivery and / or the delivery time is correct. If a change were to occur, Idealcard will immediately contact the customer. It is only after this exchange that the contract will be confirmed and valid.

Price

Product prices are quoted in Swiss francs excluding taxes and shipping costs.
The amount of delivery fees will be specified before validating the order.
VAT is added during the validation of the order.

Delivery and transport

In principle, in-stock items are delivered within 1-3 working days after order confirmation. Customers will be contacted by mail or phone if the products are not available and delivery time will be set at that time.

Shipping fees are offered for orders over CHF 300 .-- (excluding taxes).
Deliveries are performed by independent companies, shipments are traceable at any time. Idealcard is not responsible if there are delivery delays.
For individuals, deliveries are made after the payment of the invoice inherent in their order (see "VIII. Payment modality).

Obligation to control merchandise

Customers must check the goods upon delivery and notify Idealcard sàrl., immediately or up to 7 days of receipt in writing, by mail or fax, if items ordered hold any possible defect.
Failure to claim from customers is approval of the quality of the goods ordered. The inherent invoice for the purchase will be due.

Return Policy

Items are generally returnable within 7 days after delivery (date of delivery as proof) if:

• the products were available stock at the time of order;
• the products are still in their intact original packaging.

All shipping costs related to the return of merchandise bear by the customers. The refund is made by bank transfer to the account of the buyer.
Items that are ordered specially for the customer, customized items, discounted products and those whose packaging is incomplete or damaged may not be returned and will not be exchanged or refunded.

Payment terms

Invoice 30 days net provided exclusively for companies registered with the commercial register.
Any delay in payment generates four reminders with deadlines, reminder fees or default interests and prosecution through legal means if these deadlines are exceeded.

An individual wishing to submit an order on our online shop should make payment beforehand:

• Paypal;
• by invoice (also valid for all orders placed by other means (email, fax, telephone, etc.)).

Invoices are sent by email or by mail to the customer and without any additional cost.

Change of address or name

The customer is requested to inform Idealcard of any changes of name or address as soon as possible in order to maintain customer files and ensure the routing of orders.
Our shipments of catalogues, leaflets, various letters based on our mailing list customers are automatic. Those who do not want advertising "paper" are requested to inform us in writing or by phone.

Data Protection

The information in our customer database is limited to data necessary for customer service and in strict compliance with confidentiality rules.
Online shop
When creating your account (s) on our website, questionnaires and forms are to be completed for the treatment of your orders.
The fields of information with a * asterisk are essential for the success of your order; the remaining information is used to know you better and optional.

The personal data are processed by Idealcard sàrl. They are only for registration and processing orders and administrative purpose of your personal account. No customers’ personal data is transmitted outside the company.

Warranty

All electronic products sold by Idealcard sàrl are guaranteed for 2 or 3 years depending warranty given by the manufacturer.
All accessories (bracelets, lanyards, badge holders, etc.) are guaranteed 6 months.

The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the article and is justified by the invoice accompanying the product or in a separate mail. The invoice is to keep carefully; it could be requested to the customer as warranty certificate.

Damages due to:

• poor maintenance
• to improper use
• normal use

are not under warranty.
